Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on delivering value through IT by:

  • Collaborating with Account Executives to conduct pre-sales value assessments, fostering relationships, and acting as a trusted consultant to clients. You will identify and quantify opportunities for clients to maximize value from our solutions and support sales teams with a business consulting approach.
  • Partnering with Account Relationship and Customer Success teams to execute post-implementation value realization studies.
  • Providing thought leadership, establishing benchmarks, and generating content related to contemporary workforce management and the distinctive value of WorkForce Software's offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR, HR technology, HCM, Workforce Management, Employee Experience, SaaS, Cloud, and Modern WFM solutions.
  • Experience in delivering pre-sales value assessments and post-implementation case study presentations to senior business audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Analytical skills to conduct consultative quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and benchmarking, along with the ability to create boardroom-level presentations.
  • Confidence in challenging conventional approaches and presenting innovative ideas that highlight the unique value of WorkForce Software solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking, workshop facilitation, and effective documentation of findings.
  • Experience in consulting, finance, or software sectors is preferred.
  • Professional services experience is advantageous.
  • IT project delivery or management experience is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a commitment to customer satisfaction and value realization.
  • Domain expertise in enterprise software, human resources, workforce management, finance, or corporate strategy is highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce, MS Access, and Value Management Platforms is preferred.
Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel 20-40% as needed.

Educational Background

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
