Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in outside business development, requiring frequent travel to client meetings and trade shows.
  • Market Renu's services to various clients, including property managers, asset managers, and owner/operators.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement individual marketing plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure requests are addressed and customer needs are met.
  • Document and maintain field work and activity through Dynamics.
  • Act as the company's representative to ensure demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
  • Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
  • Generate business leads and promote all Renu Verticals and National presence.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of executive sales or marketing experience required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
  • Experience in the Renovation and Construction industry, preferred but not required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the United States, with occasional overnight travel.

Work Environment

  • This is an onsite position based in Carrollton, TX, with frequent travel for client meetings and trade shows.
  • Weekly Monday lunches provided in office.
  • Open floor concept with abundant conference rooms and private cell phone rooms for meetings.
  • Daily snacks and drinks to fuel creativity and productivity.
