Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outside business development, requiring frequent travel to client meetings and trade shows.
- Market Renu's services to various clients, including property managers, asset managers, and owner/operators.
- Develop, maintain, and implement individual marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure requests are addressed and customer needs are met.
- Document and maintain field work and activity through Dynamics.
- Act as the company's representative to ensure demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
- Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
- Generate business leads and promote all Renu Verticals and National presence.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of executive sales or marketing experience required.
- High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
- Experience in the Renovation and Construction industry, preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel within the United States, with occasional overnight travel.

Work Environment
- This is an onsite position based in Carrollton, TX, with frequent travel for client meetings and trade shows.
- Weekly Monday lunches provided in office.
