Job Title: Relationship Manager I

At PNC, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect. As a Relationship Manager I in our Business Banking organization, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and revenue within assigned client relationships.
  • Provide cash flow solutions to businesses with annual sales from $1 million to $5 million.
  • Manage the on-going sales cycle to optimize the cash flow of our business customers.
  • Develop and cultivate Center of Influence (COI) relationships to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives.
  • Work with internal services partners to on-board and expand the business portfolio.
Requirements:
  • University/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
