We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our independent pet sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with both new and existing accounts, driving lead generation, and educating prospects on the value of our products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating and expanding relationships with clients
  • Driving lead generation and closing deals
  • Educating prospects on our products and services
  • Utilizing data and CRM tools to enhance sales strategies
  • Effectively managing a trade budget
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve goals

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a strong passion for pets. You should also be able to engage audiences with compelling pitches, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and make confident decisions.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including unlimited PTO, medical insurance, and parental leave.
