About the Role
As a sales consultant at CarMax, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This involves assisting customers in finding the right vehicle that meets their needs, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring smooth transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Use your knowledge of CarMax inventory to provide personalized assistance to customers.
  • Guide customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to finalizing transactions.
  • Complete all necessary records and documentation to ensure seamless transactions.

What We Offer
We pay our sales consultants a competitive wage during training and for the first 640 hours of selling. After this period, commissions become the primary basis of pay. Our high-energy sales environment is built on teamwork, and we provide paid training and a personal sales mentor to support your development.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail. You should also possess strong listening skills, a customer-centric approach, and a high level of self-motivation.
