Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Sales Professional to lead our territory sales efforts in WI & IL. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of driving growth and exceeding quarterly and annual goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage trade show contacts to generate sales growth.
  • Proactively prospect for new customers and maintain established relationships.
  • Collaborate with our engineering department on custom applications within the territory.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and software applications.
  • Self-motivated with minimal direction required.
  • Cognitive reasoning skills to identify solutions beyond initial steps.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Mechanical aptitude and above-average verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. The company offers earned commission and bonuses, vacation time, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.
