Job Summary

The Private Wealth Management Tax Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in the tax compliance process. As a key member of the Tax Department, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure seamless tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update tax databases to track client information, deadlines, and filings.
  • Process electronic tax returns with precision, ensuring accurate tracking and collation of finalized returns and mailings to clients.
  • Oversee yearly archiving of client tax returns and documents.
  • Conduct tax research and analysis, provide billing support, and perform general administrative functions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for workflow and workloads between staff and in-charges.
Requirements
  • Effective time management and organization skills.
  • Experience utilizing CRM Tax software, such as Salesforce (preferred) and/or CCH Access.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Adobe, Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a willingness to learn new programs.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience supporting CPA/Tax environments and general knowledge of tax processes is preferred.
