  • Manage Claims: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities, correspondence, and decisions.
  • Monitor and Manage Caseload: Monitor and manage a caseload of active claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Provide Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior adjusters and support staff.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims adjustment, with a proven track record in handling complex claims.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Associate in Claims (AIC), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)) are preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
