About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vocational Case Manager to join our dynamic Group Disability Claims team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping individuals with disabilities return to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review short-term and long-term disability claims for potential case management involvement.
  • Assist disabled employees in returning to work with their own or other employers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to identify tools and resources for claimants and employers.
  • Provide job-seeking skills training and vocational support to claimants.
  • Actively research the local labor market to identify alternative job placement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling or related field.
  • CRC designation or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of related clinical/vocational experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of return-to-work best practices, ergonomics, and FMLA.
