We are seeking a compassionate Adult Support Assistant to join our Home Hope and Healing team, providing personalized support to Adult clients in their homes.

About the Role:
  • As a Personal Support Specialist (PSS), you will work closely with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and delivering tailored support services.
  • You will have the flexibility to choose from Per Diem, Part Time, or Full Time opportunities in various locations, accommodating your lifestyle and career goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; preparing meals and snacks; transferring and mobilizing clients safely.
  • Supporting clients with communication, technology, and household tasks, promoting independence and confidence.
Ongoing Support and Education:

Our team includes regional Nurse Managers who provide guidance, mentorship, and educational resources to ensure your success in this role.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • PSS certificate preferred but not required; must enroll in PSS course upon hire and complete within 6 months. Reimbursement for course fees after meeting work requirements. Or possess and maintain an active CNA certification.
  • One year of clinical experience in home care preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Successful passing of background checks.

Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $78,000 per year.

This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and experience.
