We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional - DSP to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care and support to our clients.

As a Direct Support Professional - DSP, you will play a crucial role in providing daily living assistance, facilitating social and recreational activities, and promoting independence and self-advocacy. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also enjoy excellent benefits, including employer-paid health and life insurance, paid time off, and a 403(b) with 100% employer match.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it upon hire) is also required.
