Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk, reservations, and guest services teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Guest Service: Resolve guest-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: Analyze and implement strategies to increase revenue, optimize room sales, and improve overall hotel performance.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a high-performing front office team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Financial Management: Manage front office budgets, control expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with all departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and a unified approach to guest service.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in front office management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
