Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist III to join our team at Baltimore City Public Schools. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our multilingual families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multilingual families through the enrollment, choice, and transfer processes.
  • Complete and compile all necessary supporting documentation for enrollment, choice, and transfer.
  • Maintain electronic sign-in logs and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails from various stakeholders, providing timely and effective support.
  • Follow up with families to ensure their needs are met and provide resources as needed.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree and three years of directly related experience or high school diploma and five years of directly related experience, including customer service.
  • Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in technical computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
