Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team at Worldwide TechServices. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities in an end-user environment, including PC's, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
  • Provide support to client-identified VIPs and respond to change management requests.
  • Install new PC equipment, provide end-user desk-side support, and perform Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities.
  • Display outstanding technical and professional services skills at all times.
  • Meet established customer service satisfaction levels and other operational/customer service metrics.
  • Proactively communicate with end-users and service desk personnel regarding arrival times, repair time estimates, and status of the repair.
  • Understand and follow all documented service operations policies and procedures.
