Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Product Support Specialist to join our team at Datasite. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our global clients, enhancing their overall product and service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to clients in configuring and managing their projects on the Datasite platform.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve timely resolution and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, customer use cases, and workflow to provide informed solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including experience with functions such as VLOOKUP.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Independent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and learning agility.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client service or product support environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Previous experience supporting software or SaaS applications.
  • Expert fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, or Japanese.
Work Environment

This is a remote position with a requirement to be located in one of the following metro areas: Minneapolis, MN; Houston or Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; or Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
