We have developed a comprehensive safety platform tailored for various fleet vehicles, including School Buses, Transit Vehicles, Fire Trucks, EMS, Law Enforcement, Work Trucks, Trailers, Waste Management, Industrial Vehicles, and Military Units.

Role Responsibilities
The International Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support and sales assistance to a designated customer portfolio through various communication channels, including phone and email interactions, customer visits, and participation in trade shows.
- Process customer orders within 24 hours of receiving confirmed shipping instructions.
- Proactively suggest updated products to enhance customer satisfaction and boost transaction profitability.
- Act as a liaison for Production Control to ensure adherence to production schedules and expedite orders as necessary.
- Assist with Accounting matters related to Credit Card and Payment in Advance terms.
- Provide necessary documentation for customers before and after sales.
- Manage change orders and process credit memos efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with certification requirements and coordinate external inspections as needed.
- Maintain export documentation accurately.
- Identify customer needs and expectations to recommend tailored products and solutions.
- Educate customers on product terminology, features, and benefits to enhance sales and satisfaction.
- Communicate pricing, delivery, credit, and freight terms as per established guidelines.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system.
- Support the Receptionist as needed.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and implementing effective solutions.
- Document product and service issues in the CRM system.
- Participate in New Product Development initiatives as required.
- Collaborate with management to maintain profitability.
- Serve as the primary contact for external customers via phone or email.
- Prepare necessary banking documentation.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with:
- 2+ years of experience in international logistics preferred.
- 5+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing context preferred.
Language Skills
Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is essential. The ability to effectively present information in various settings is also required.
Physical Demands
The role requires adequate hearing and visual acuity, with the expectation of being seated for extended periods. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds may be necessary.
Work Environment
The work environment is typically moderate in noise level, primarily in an air-conditioned office setting, with occasional exposure to manufacturing areas.
Work Hours
Full-time commitment is expected, with typical office hours from Monday to Friday.
