    • Prepare quotes, review customer sales orders, confirm order receipts, update delivery schedules, and communicate order status reports to clients as necessary.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to a customer-first philosophy in all communications, both internally and externally.
    • Incorporate this philosophy into daily tasks and prioritize customer requirements.
    • Oversee customer projects with full responsibility and ownership.
    • Provide precise documentation and follow up with both clients and company leadership.
    • Utilize research capabilities and available resources to swiftly address client discrepancies.
    • Input orders into the ERP system and commence the contract review process.
    • Confirm orders once scheduled and prepare necessary documentation.
    • Address customer inquiries and manage customer RMAs when applicable.
    • Conduct customer verification and Out of Region (OOR) processes.
    • Order office supplies, manage the main phone line, welcome visitors, and liaise with service providers as needed.
    • Engage in cross-training for shipping/receiving and inventory management as required.
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with the product or service relevant to the specialist's domain is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Exceptional communication abilities, including active listening.
  • Service-oriented mindset with the capability to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Proficient in computer applications with a readiness to learn new software.
  • Understanding of or capacity to quickly grasp the product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
Physical Requirements:
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
