Job Summary: Dismas Charities is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Residential Re-Entry Monitor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Residents: Conduct regular observations and documentation of resident activities, ensuring compliance with facility rules and regulations.
  • Assist with Program Services: Collaborate with counselors to provide support and guidance to residents, including installation of electronic monitoring equipment and conducting surveillance testing.
  • Facility Maintenance: Conduct scheduled internal and external inspections to maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents.
  • Knowledge and Procedures: Maintain a working knowledge of facility policies and procedures, including emergency drills, life safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
  • Work Schedule: Be flexible and willing to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Sanitation and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and emptying trash.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of paid work experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
