Job Title: Residential Project Manager

At 1J Homes, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing residential construction projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality project execution within budget and on schedule.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet project deadlines, manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Build and lead a cohesive project team, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure clear communication and collaboration among all parties.
  • Manage project budgets, prepare progress billings, and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating design approvals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in managing residential or construction projects.
  • Strong partnership-building and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Deep knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment, along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present information to clients and stakeholders.
