We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Referral Coordinator to join our team at Ochsner Health. As a key member of our Tobacco Cessation Clinics, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients and staff in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient referrals to Tobacco Cessation Clinics, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Coordinate appointments and registrations for patients, guaranteeing seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Act as a liaison between Cessation clinics and patients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Support the Tobacco Cessation program's objectives, contributing to the success of our patients and staff.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, patient registration, or appointment scheduling.
  • Knowledge of Epic system (registration and scheduling) preferred.
