Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for promoting an exceptional customer experience and leading a team of Associates to ensure prompt and courteous customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and promoting a culture of honesty and integrity.
  • Create a positive internal and external customer experience by training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, promoting loyalty programs, and addressing customer concerns and issues promptly.
  • Assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates.
  • Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities, providing progress updates, and recognizing and providing constructive feedback.
  • Partner with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness and ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs, support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs, and promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques, capable of multi-tasking, and strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations, work effectively with peers and supervisors, and train others.
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

This position has a starting pay range of $ to $ per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
