Marketing Communications Strategist

Cytovale, Inc is seeking a seasoned marketing communications professional to lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing communications for our groundbreaking IntelliSep sepsis test.
Job SummaryThe Sr. Manager/Director of Marketing Communications will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance Cytovale's brand presence and product visibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing communications strategies across earned, owned, and paid media channels.
- Manage relationships with external marketing consultants and agencies to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across all channels.
- Drive creative and effective messaging that resonates with target audiences in the acute care and sepsis management sectors.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including press releases, case studies, white papers, social media posts, and digital campaigns.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to test, retest, and optimize communication tactics, ensuring budget is allocated efficiently based on performance.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communication strategies, making data-driven adjustments to enhance impact and reach.
- Ensure all communication efforts are patient-centric, reinforcing Cytovale's commitment to improving healthcare outcomes.
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring all communications reflect Cytovale's mission, values, and voice.
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the medtech sector.
- Proven experience in leading marketing communications for disruptive technologies, particularly in a startup environment.
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing teams and external partners.
- In-depth experience with marketing automation tools and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel 5%-15% of the time.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on testing, measuring, and optimizing communication tactics.
- Creative thinker with a 'yes we can' mindset, capable of navigating complex challenges and finding solutions that drive results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build consensus and foster collaboration.
