About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference Services Specialist to join our team at NRC Health. As a key member of our Conference Services team, you will be responsible for producing and executing events that deliver exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, organize, and print resources for onsite events
  • Register attendees prior to and onsite at events
  • Work with hotels to manage hotel room blocks
  • Ship materials and equipment to and from event locations
  • Maintain equipment and conference supply inventory
  • Travel, attend, and work events as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Cvent and Salesforce knowledge a plus but not required
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
Nice to Have
  • 2+ years' experience in an integral administrative and/or conference event planning business-driven role
Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $81,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
