Position Overview:


The Community Services Coordinator reports directly to the General Manager and is primarily responsible for facilitating the smooth operation of the property, managing rent collection and accounting, delivering exceptional customer service, and stepping in to oversee property management in the General Manager's absence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the resident database, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Establish and nurture effective relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure prompt payment of invoices and adherence to delinquency policies.
  • Engage in the daily management of the property.
  • Collect and post all rent, and take necessary actions on overdue payments.
  • Assist with the posting and payment of invoices as required.
  • Support leasing activities, lease execution, and resident engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate follow-ups with maintenance requests.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of office applications and company protocols.
  • Assist in resolving resident disputes.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; a high school diploma is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in various roles within a residential rental community or hospitality sector is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in property management operations and leadership.
  • Strong financial, organizational, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in internet usage, Microsoft Office, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Basic understanding of social media and online presence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to service excellence.
