Position Summary
The Coordinator is tasked with planning, coordinating, directing, and managing daily site activities carried out by all Dedicated Officers. This role involves assisting the Director in ensuring operational efficiency and that all on-site services are executed smoothly and effectively. Flexibility in availability is essential to meet the business's needs, which may include overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the overall quality of service provided to assigned clients.
- Direct responsibility for operational KPIs including labor efficiencies, shift completion, employee retention, and customer retention.
- Developing officers and supervisors to enhance client service quality through hiring, training, and effective communication.
- Collaborating with the Director during the hiring and onboarding processes.
- Continuously improving processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Overseeing the ongoing development and performance management of officers.
- Ensuring all shifts are filled in advance by reviewing and approving time-off requests.
- Conducting daily reviews of activity and incident reports, communicating needs between clients and management.
- Monitoring the maintenance and condition of all company equipment.
- Organizing weekly meetings with Branch Dedicated Supervisors to review operational priorities and client issues.
- Reporting any field or internal issues to the Director for timely resolution.
- Conducting spot checks and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Fostering a positive work environment through feedback and recognition programs.
- Engaging in monthly meetings with the Director to review operational priorities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience.
- Employment contingent upon successful background check and drug screening.
- Completion of training modules within the first month of employment.
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to established procedures and contribute to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Commitment to service, organizational values, and professionalism.
- Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
