Job SummaryWe are seeking an Operations Clerk to provide administrative support to our operations department. The successful candidate will assist with daily tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily operations, including reviewing container supply and demand reports and populating the inventory management report.
- Update and input route information into the computer system on a daily basis.
- Collect and update daily on-site container information and maintain the inventory log.
- Respond to customer and driver complaints and inquiries, and report any safety or customer service-related issues to the supervisor or manager.
- Maintain and process operations information, including vehicle maintenance, accounting, and route sheets.
- Distribute, collect, and review route sheets for proper billing and productivity reports.
- Assist in generating monthly productivity reports.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, and participate with the team to achieve safety goals.
- Assist other departments, including customer service and accounting.
- May assist with driver de-brief processes.
- Office or operations experience.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
