About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven ENT Sales Representative to join our team at Stryker Employment Company, LLC. As an ENT Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling Stryker ENT products to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products to customers.
  • Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate wins with Sales Representatives.
  • Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and be prepared to assist customers whenever the need arises.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited university.
  • 1-2 years in medical sales or b2b is preferred.
  • Up to 75% travel requirement, must be able to drive an automobile and travel via airplane when necessary.
  • Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force.
  • Coordination of the eye, hand, and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability, and memory retention.
  • Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.
  • Must be able to manage time, projects, stress, and conflict.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
  • Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records.
  • Must be able to communicate/present to large groups of people.
  • Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment.
