Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Services Representative to join our team at First Citizens Bank. As a Business Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing cash management solutions to commercial and business banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business and commercial bankers to deliver a full range of business deposits and related services to clients.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to provide financial guidance and expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in sales or financial services sales, or High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in sales or financial services sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with clients.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new information and technology.
  • Strong teamwork and influence skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business development, business banking, lending, merchant services, and treasury management experience.
