Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Delta Defense. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with gun ranges, retailers, and firearms instructors in your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and develop a robust pipeline of potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth and retention
  • Sell USCCA memberships to individuals attending CCW classes and other firearms training programs
  • Execute the organization's outside sales program to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Travel within your territory to meet with clients and prospects, with minimal exceptions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred
  • Must pass State Property & Casualty Insurance exam following company-provided training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Experience in the firearms industry is highly desirable, but not required
