Salary RangeThe estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000, though it may vary based on performance and experience.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of our clients. Key tasks include making 100 meaningful contacts each week, consistently communicating with personal networks, generating new leads, and converting leads to clients and closings. Additional responsibilities include negotiating purchase agreements and contracts, hosting open houses and other events, preparing market analysis, educating clients on basic real estate procedures, and verifying and disclosing property facts.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have a proactive and positive problem-solving approach, a cheerful and optimistic disposition, and enjoy connecting with people. You should also be highly relational and customer service-focused, possess strong negotiation skills, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
