Sales Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Safety Programs Inc. in Nashville. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, particularly in a fast-paced environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets consistently.

As a member of our sales team, you will utilize our proprietary CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions efficiently and make 150/200 calls a day. In addition to a competitive base salary starting at $40K, with top performers earning over $100K annually, we offer bonuses, paid training, career growth opportunities, and a fun work environment that values hard work and smart strategies.
