Front Office Assistant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Assistant to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate front office activities and provide general support
  • Greet visitors and provide a positive first impression
  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and events
  • Handle mail and packages
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean and organized
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
