About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Advisor to join our team at JTI Inc. As a Sales Business Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and category management for our tobacco products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales objectives and drive category growth.
  • Analyze market and outlet data to identify opportunities for future planning and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide strategic insights and business advice to retailers to maximize the opportunity of tobacco consumers across the store.
  • Negotiate autonomously sell-in/sell-out contracts to the benefit of JTI and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Merchandise stock, train store staff, and influence ordering of JTI products to ensure optimal availability and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the tobacco industry.
  • Advanced commercial understanding, negotiation skills, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication and selling skills, with a focus on driving business results.
