**Job Summary**
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to help care for and assist people with disabilities with activities of daily living in the Bronx.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home-based setting.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Encourage independence and self-advocacy among individuals with disabilities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and community partners.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- HHA, PCA, CNA, and/or developmental disabilities background.
- Criminal background checks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Valid NYS Driver's License preferred.
