About the Job:
Graham Windham is seeking a Family Advocate to join our team. As a Family Advocate, you will work with families to provide support and guidance to help them navigate the child welfare system. You will build relationships with parents, engage them in their child's care, and help them access resources and services to improve their family's well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with parents and engage them in their child's care
* Help parents access resources and services to improve their family's well-being
* Collaborate with case planners to develop and implement service plans
* Provide coaching and support to parents to help them develop problem-solving skills and achieve their goals
Requirements:
* Experience working with families and children in a child welfare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Knowledge of child and adolescent development and the child welfare system
