Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Analyst to join our team at Titan Talent Development, LLC. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, managing accounts receivable, and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and submit all invoices in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Reconcile assigned billings to the Accounts Receivable general ledger accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor billing cycles and accounts receivable aging, working with customers to shorten cycle times and collect outstanding invoices.
  • Assist managers, accounting staff, and auditors in researching accounting and billing issues.
  • Coordinate and review all accounts receivable documentation.
  • Prepare schedules for annual Incurred Cost Submissions.
Requirements

Typically requires an undergraduate degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience. Candidate must have 3 to 7 years of related work experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively work with management, employees, and government representatives.

The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Reliance on protecting sensitive data and information is essential.
