We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Teller Team Member to join our team at Marquette Bank. As a key member of our Teller Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling various banking transactions with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Possess excellent communication skills to interact with employees and customers, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
- Teller Duties: Be proficient in all aspects of Teller duties, including teller terminal transactions and corrections, and have a thorough knowledge of backroom teller balancing and remittance procedures.
- Vault Teller Procedures: Have complete knowledge of Vault Teller procedures and be able to assist other tellers in balancing daily transactions.
- Sales and Marketing: Sell License plate stickers and MoneyGrams, and may assist in opening and closing of branch.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to Code of Conduct and internal controls for which this position is responsible, and actively comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years teller experience.
- Skills: Detail oriented with a thorough understanding of the Teller Department, versatile, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with employees and customers.
- Leadership and Organizational Skills: Possess leadership and organizational skills and be able to analyze accurately and think quickly.
