Job Summary:

As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with retail deposit services, loans, and support needs. You will provide exceptional customer service, respond to inbound calls, chats, and secure tickets, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal callers

• Respond to inbound calls, chats, and secure tickets regarding account information, products, and services

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to retail deposit services, loans, and support needs

• Cross-sell additional Bank Products based on customer needs

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

• Collaborate with internal departments and branches to resolve customer issues

• Complete all required training and adhere to BankFinancial's policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• At least two years of non-bank call center and/or branch banking experience OR at least two years of bank call center experience

• Experience supporting online banking systems preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
