Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and balancing cash drawers.
  • Manage cash drawers, counting and verifying cash, and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Cross-sell bank services and products to clients, identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships and increase sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, including deposit and lending options, to effectively communicate with clients and meet their needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and transport coin and currency bags (up to 50lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new developments.
