About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Assurance Operations team at Moore Colson. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our professionals and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our assurance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation: Produce a variety of materials, including confidential letters, presentations, and financial reports, ensuring they comply with firm standards and branding guidelines.
  • Administrative Support: Manage and complete various administrative projects, including updating client project budgets and entering information within our client management system.
  • Document Archiving: Assist with document archiving as appropriate for the engagement, ensuring accurate and precise documents are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
  • Reception Relief: Provide reception relief, as needed, to support our team's workload.
Qualifications
  • Education: College degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or word processing role required, with experience in a professional services firm preferred and audit support experience a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat or similar, and excellent time management skills to handle competing priorities and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and high level of interpersonal skills to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
