BTR Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BTR Marketing Manager to join our team at Maymont Homes. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance property performance and support business development and financial performance goals.


About the Role

The BTR Marketing Manager will serve as the primary marketing contact for onsite and operations teams, managing Maymont Homes' national Build to Rent (BTR) portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies and programs to enhance property performance
  • Ensuring consistent application of the Maymont Homes brand across the BTR portfolio
  • Managing digital asset transfers, advertising agreements, social channel updates, and project management system tracking
  • Launching and managing innovative marketing technologies and programs
  • Creating and managing community-specific digital assets and collateral materials
  • Overseeing Online Review Management (ORM) and social media initiatives
  • Providing budget recommendations and support annual budgeting efforts
  • Managing property photography projects and maintaining a centralized photo library
  • Conducting training sessions for new programs and ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Maintaining regular communication with operations and marketing partners
  • Providing technical guidance and support to teams
  • Collaborating on new company initiatives and technology enhancements

    • Occupancy Rate (%)

    • Lease-Up Pace (number of new leases per month)

    • Marketing Expense Reduction (%)
  • Digital and Social Media Metrics:
    • Number of New Digital Assets Created
    • Growth in Social Media Followers (%)
    • Social Media Engagement Rate (%)
    • Website Traffic (visits)
    • Leads Generated from Website (number of leads)
    • ORM Average Review Rating
    • Number of Reviews
  • Advertising and Campaign Metrics:
    • Number of New Advertising Campaigns Launched
    • Click-Through Rate (CTR) (%)
    • Conversion Rate (%)
    • Cost Per Lead (CPL) ($)

  • Brand and Marketing Initiatives:
