Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with fellow accountants, managers, and partners on diverse client projects
  • Plan, oversee, and assess all stages of engagements, ensuring timely deliverables
  • Strive to become an authority in the specific industries you serve, providing management advisory and consulting services
  • Prepare engagement documentation, financial statements, including notes, and other necessary reports
  • Conduct research and implement innovative, effective solutions in line with accounting and auditing standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with client personnel responsible for accounting functions
  • Review and prioritize the work of junior accountants
  • Mentor and train junior accountants
  • Ensure all audit and accounting tasks are executed efficiently and in compliance with professional standards
  • Participate in our client-focused, team-oriented culture

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of audit and attest experience in a CPA firm
  • CPA certification or in the process of obtaining
  • Solid understanding of GAAP
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly
  • Strong financial analysis capabilities
  • Outstanding client service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Team player mentality
  • Familiarity with Caseware, Caseview, and Suralink is advantageous

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Coursework sufficient for CPA licensure
