Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead audit, review, and compilation projects while managing multiple teams, providing constructive feedback upon project completion.
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners on risk evaluations, audit methodologies, and reporting outcomes.
  • Oversee the daily management of audit engagements, including staffing, planning, budgeting, risk analysis, fieldwork, financial reporting, and final conclusions.
  • Investigate and relay guidance on intricate accounting issues and transactions.
  • Support clients in adhering to GAAP standards and implementing FASB Accounting Standard Updates, addressing concerns and resolving issues proactively.
  • Contribute as an instructor in training programs and departmental meetings.
  • Engage in and lead community outreach, networking, and business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a CPA License is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in public accounting.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
