Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit, review, and compilation projects while managing multiple teams. Provide constructive feedback to team members upon project completion.
- Collaborate with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners in conducting risk assessments, audit procedures, and reporting.
- Oversee the daily functions of audit engagements, including staffing, planning, budgeting, risk evaluation, fieldwork, financial reporting, and finalization.
- Investigate and convey guidance on intricate accounting issues and transactions.
- Assist clients in adhering to GAAP standards and implementing FASB Accounting Standard Updates. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and proactively.
- Act as a mentor within the firm, contributing to departmental training programs and meetings.
- Engage in and provide leadership for community involvement, networking, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- CPA License is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in public accounting.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
