Job Overview:
Skyrocket your career in support with Oracle's leading role in cloud solutions. As a senior support engineer, you will be the technical interface to customers and internal teams for resolving complex issues related to Oracle products. With an understanding of all Oracle products and extensive knowledge of multiple platforms, you will independently research and develop solutions to customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers
- Facilitate customer relationships with Support and offer advice to internal employees
- Troubleshoot technical questions and resolve non-technical inquiries

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience with Core products or 5 years with Applications products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on location)
