Job Title: Building Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team at Lincoln Property Company. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of all mechanical equipment, appliances, building-related systems, and routine general maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and building repairs, including equipment testing and preventative maintenance.
  • Respond to emergency calls after hours as directed.
  • Perform routine inspections of building(s) and systems.
  • Promote and maintain safe work practices focusing on overall safety.
  • Work with tenants to understand their needs and build positive, productive, and professional relations.
  • Collaborate with Property Manager/General Manager on projects as directed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of progressively responsible related experience in a commercial property, tenant management setting.
  • Building and equipment maintenance/repair techniques, as well as basic property management tools and skills.
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, accomplish work in order of priority, and professionally maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions.
