Austin Allen Company is in search of a driven professional with a proven history of achievement for the OUTSIDE SALES role in the Memphis vicinity. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related discipline, complemented by a minimum of three years of experience and a demonstrated success in OUTSIDE SALES within the industrial sector, particularly in electro-mechanical systems or materials handling solutions. Key skills include relationship development, effective selling techniques, multitasking capabilities, strong communication skills, and self-motivation. Experience in project management within a manufacturing context is advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for this Sales Role:
