Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initiating roles with hiring managers to developing candidate pipelines and guiding applicants through a structured interview process, culminating in extending and negotiating offers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to devise innovative engagement strategies while maintaining consistent processes that will effectively identify and attract the right talent for Vimeo's operational needs.
- Exhibit a strong dedication to candidate experience, ensuring that every applicant—whether a referral, sourced candidate, or inbound applicant—receives equal attention and care.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of how an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and data management influence reporting and the ability to monitor the status of requisitions.
- Employ a data-driven approach to advise hiring teams, providing updates that highlight successes while swiftly identifying areas for improvement or necessary adjustments.
- Work in partnership with HR Business Partners, Rewards, and Finance to proactively address upcoming headcount and attrition, balancing awareness of the external market with internal equity.
- Engage closely with our Senior Global Belonging & Social Enablement Director to ensure diverse perspectives are integrated into Vimeo's hiring practices.
- Share knowledge generously and absorb insights across the broader Recruiting Team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume, technology-centric environments.
- A wide-ranging knowledge and experience in successfully recruiting across various domains and levels, with a particular enthusiasm for technical and challenging positions.
- A keen eye for resume evaluation and market awareness to effectively identify passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn.
- A proven history of managing both active and passive candidate pipelines and fostering referrals.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships and proactively engage with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience in training and mentoring colleagues, consistently sharing knowledge throughout the hiring process.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the capability to independently resolve issues, even in the absence of established processes.
- Proficient in offer delivery and negotiation techniques.
- A commitment to assisting Vimeo in building a diverse workforce across all functions and levels.
- A desire to contribute to broader People Team initiatives that align with departmental and organizational objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global recruitment or a willingness to establish networks in new regions.
- Familiarity with existing systems and tools such as Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lattice, UKG, Slack, and G-suite.
Compensation:
Targeted Base Salary Range: $100,800 to $154,000
The base salary range provided is applicable for candidates located in the U.S.
