As a Technical Recruiter at Fora, you'll play a critical role in scaling our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent. You'll own the full recruitment life cycle for a variety of technical positions across engineering, product, and design, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Craft and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality technical candidates that align with Fora's mission and culture.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize various channels to build a strong pipeline of technical talent, including agencies, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide insights on market trends and candidate availability, and ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally combining both agency and in-house roles with at least 2 years experience in-house.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Judgment and Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments about candidates in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data analytics to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.

Compensation

Compensation range for this role can vary widely depending on experience, and for this role an indicative range is $115k-$125k + equity.
