Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory check-ins and process purchase orders efficiently.
- Utilize communication tools to coordinate window treatment installations and repairs.
- Handle incoming customer service inquiries with professionalism.
- Order necessary components and monitor order progress using our ERP system.
- Support internal service requests for change orders.
- Employ project management software to track outstanding orders and repairs.
- Contribute to the development of company documentation, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with various special projects as required.
- Engage in weekly administrative meetings to discuss and improve current workflows.
