Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory check-ins and process purchase orders efficiently.
  • Utilize communication tools to coordinate window treatment installations and repairs.
  • Handle incoming customer service inquiries with professionalism.
  • Order necessary components and monitor order progress using our ERP system.
  • Support internal service requests for change orders.
  • Employ project management software to track outstanding orders and repairs.
  • Contribute to the development of company documentation, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with various special projects as required.
  • Engage in weekly administrative meetings to discuss and improve current workflows.
